As part of our commitment to a complete service package, we offer Same-day, 24 hour and 48 hour call-out options.
82% of these are resolved in one visit, to avoid down-time and additional labour charges. This first-fix rate is substantially higher than the industry in general, which lies at around 20%.
We regularly review our stock-holding to ensure that our Engineer’s vans are stocked with an extensive range of popular and important spare parts to enable them to complete repairs on-site where at all possible.
Should a further works be required, our in-house Technical Team will efficiently specify and quote for the repair, and on authorisation the necessary spare parts are procured and a return visit scheduled.
